Registration Process & Information

Please note carefully the following steps in order to process your booking correctly as well as registration on Day 1 of the event

Booking Process

  1. Type in your details in the Booking form (Name, Surname etc)
     
  2. If there is an option to select, choose your Ticket Type (General / VIP / Platinum)
     
  3. Type in a coupon code if you have been given one
     
  4. Select a payment method... PayPal for Credit Cards / PayFast for EFT
     
  5. Click on the "PROCESS REGISTRATION" button and you will be redirected to PAYFAST / PAYPAL depending on the payment method you selected
     
  6. As soon as the payment has gone through, you will be redirected back to our Website where your eTicket will be displayed AND sent to you via email as proof of the booking that you have just made

Methods Available

secure credit card with paypalPaypal is for credit card payments. The charge will be in dollars but at the current exchange rate. Result is immediate and you get your eTicket online and via email. Paypal will also send you proof of payment for your reference.

 

secure eft with payfastPayfast is used for online EFT into the institution you bank with... wither Absa, FNB, Nedbank & Standard Bank. Result is immediate, you get your eTicket online and a copy is sent to your email. Payfast will also send you proof of payment for your reference.

 

pay via bank transfer or in a branchPayLater - select this option for the offline method. An email will be sent to you with a reference code. Send a proof of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and you will receive the eTicket via email once confirmed. Should you require an invoice kindly request one when sending the proof of payment.
